With over 12 years of experience in movement and wellness, I started my career in the wellness industry as a fully comprehensive Pilates instructor, over the years I also taught various other exercise modalities one of my favourite being rebounding. In teaching these I always felt strongly about helping my clients find balance in their lives and also to work with their bodies and their lives to find the best solutions for them as an individual. I wanted to deepen the ability to help my clients take ownership of their well-being. This lead me to study life coaching, with this it still felt a few pieces were missing from the puzzle to create lasting change for people. Which has lead me to studying health coaching with IIN and transforming my offerings as an transformational wellness coach offering a range of coaching services.
I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling, healthy, and purposeful life. With every small step in the right direction, we can create the biggest impact of the change we want to see. Understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, my coaching philosophy is centered around empowering my clients to tap into their inner wisdom and rediscover their strength and purpose, creating lasting transformations in every aspect of their well-being.
As a transformational wellness coach. I am dedicated to guiding my clients towards holistic wellness by addressing not only their physical health but also their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By delving deep into the root causes of their wellness concerns, I help my clients cultivate intimacy with themselves and find sustainable solutions that align with their unique needs and goals.

I met Ash in 2019. I was sick all the time. Severe asthma, anxiety, depression. I was fat, unhealthy and unmotivated to change anything. I thought, ‘I’m here now, what’s the point in changing anything’
Ash picked up that I could be more, do more and believe more. So she walked a road with me. She pushed me in the kindest, most gentle way. I didn’t feel defeated after a session with her. I didn’t feel my physical size or emotional weight. I started to feel ‘ok’. I then stopped working with Ash. My health deteriorated again, my mental state started spiralling. I started losing myself and then lock down happened. We all tried to make sense of a new normal. Once again, Ash was there to guide, motivate and just be there.
Ash is an inspiration to so many people. I studied and qualified in becoming a rebound instructor, I now do this as a career. I am now someone that people can rely on to get fit and healthy, without feeling like they need to have a ‘’magazine’ body and live on celery sticks. She has inspired not just me, but so many others to see the positive side of things more than the negatives.
Ashley’s sincere, motivating, inspiring, Life-coaching, through Movement, has been a catalyst for a shift of focus from a sense of comparative insufficiency to Being Enough. She reminds one to look in and out in order to develop the Best version of who you Are, working with what you have rather than setting unrealistic goals in an attempt to be more like someone else, especially when social templates of outward perfection can diminish self-confidence, self-worth and the Joy of creative, original, imperfect, beautiful individuality. Personally, I loved her years of Pilates training, Rebounding and various “Believe Movement” Workshops. Thank you, Ashley, for your validation, kindness, encouragement as well as engaging energy.

Ash started off as my rebounding teacher but our sessions became so much more. Ash is motivating in such a gentle and subtle way. She taught us to “just move” and “do what you can - listen to your body. Be kind to yourself”. Our sessions were more than a physical workout , but a mind, body and soul recharge.
